Investing the charitable dollars that you entrust to us is an important part of our work. We offer investment strategies that match your giving goals. We also aim to provide clear, transparent information about our financial position, investment management, performance and fees.
Our Investment Philosophy
We invest our assets so that grants can be made to address current community needs, and to preserve and enhance assets available for future generation grantmaking. The Foundation believes the likelihood of achieving these goals is enhanced when we:
- Follow an established strategic asset allocation that is expected to achieve the Community Foundation’s investment objectives;
- Avoid market-timing;
- Utilize the investment committee to monitor performance and provide oversight of the advisors
